Amazon & Walmart retail media

Most brands are managing their ads. Very few are decoding them.

Founder-led Amazon and Walmart advertising for brands who want to know what every dollar is actually buying — not just a healthier-looking ACoS.

No charge, no obligation. You see what I'd change before anything ongoing.

DECODE. OPTIMIZE. DOMINATE.
DECODE
Amazon Marketing Cloud and deep-dive audits. Overlap, path-to-purchase and new-to-brand analysis instead of guessing from last-click reports.
OPTIMIZE
Campaign structure built around branded, non-branded, competitor and product targeting. Bids and budgets move on what each one returns.
DOMINATE
Full-funnel scale across Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads and Walmart Connect — planned together, not run as separate silos.

The problem I keep finding

It's rarely a performance problem. It's a structure problem.

Branded and non-branded spend mixed together, so ACoS looks healthy while new-customer growth stays flat. Search terms that convert but never move into exact match. DSP retargeting people who were going to buy anyway.

01

Sponsored Ads

SP, SB and SD structured around branded, non-branded, competitor and product targeting — so you can see what each dollar is buying.

02

Amazon DSP

Remarketing and prospecting judged on new-to-brand customers and total brand sales, not DSP ROAS in isolation.

03

Amazon Marketing Cloud

Overlap, path-to-purchase and new-to-brand analysis, turned into audiences you can activate in both DSP and Sponsored Ads.

04

Walmart Connect

Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands for 1P and 3P sellers, planned alongside Amazon rather than run as a separate silo.

05

Account audits

A clear read on why efficiency changed and what to fix first — delivered whether or not you go further.

Founder-led, every account

I set the strategy, make the changes in your account myself, and I'm the person on your calls. That's why I only take a few accounts at a time.

Recent work · Walmart Connect

A US golf brand, from ROAS under 0.5x to a profitable channel

I took over the account when Walmart advertising was losing money. Four months later monthly sales were more than 6x higher, ROAS had run as high as 3.3x, and TACoS had come down from around 30% to 11–15%.

September softened to about 2x and I'm adjusting. Shared with the client's permission.
