This policy explains what personal data AdmazonIQ Digital Pvt Ltd collects, why, where it is stored and what rights you have over it. It is written to describe what this website actually does rather than to cover every possibility.

What we collect
When you request a free account audit or contact us, we collect only what the form asks for: your name, work email address, company name, which marketplace you sell on, an indication of your monthly ad spend, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
When you browse the site, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, time on page, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We do not collect special category data, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit you asked for — because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract
- To understand how the site is used — on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — where the law requires it
Where your data goes
Form submissions are transmitted to Google Apps Script, written to a private Google Sheet inside our Google Workspace account, and emailed to us. Google acts as a processor on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics.
We do not use a CRM, a mailing list tool or an advertising audience list for enquiries from this site. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party unless the law compels us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and audit request data is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
International transfers
We are based in India and Google's infrastructure is global, so data from the UK, EU and other regions may be processed outside your country. These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the safeguards in Google's data processing terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw cookie consent at any time.
Email help@admazoniq.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection supervisory authority.
