Free account audit

The entry point to both. I review your account and tell you what I'd change and in what order — no charge, no obligation, and yours to keep.

What's not included

Listing creation and optimisation · creative, design and video production · inventory planning · marketplace account health beyond advertising · legal, tax and accounting advice. I'd rather say so up front than discover it in month two.

A flat retainer. Not a percentage of your spend.

The retainer is set from the size and complexity of your account when we start, and reviewed quarterly. It does not move when your budget moves. Increasing your ad spend does not increase my fee — so there is never a reason for me to recommend spending more than the account can return.

Every change is made on what that campaign, target or placement actually returned. I don't scale spend to look busy, and I don't report ad sales in isolation. The numbers I hold myself to are TACoS and new-to-brand customers — what the advertising did for the business, not what it did for itself.

How I work

No account managers, no handover.

01

Audit first

You see exactly what I'd change before committing to anything ongoing.

02

Weekly change log

A short written note every week: what I changed, why, and what happened.

03

I'm on the call

I set the strategy, make the changes myself, and I'm the person you speak to. Monthly review call.

Questions I get asked

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. The retainer is flat, set at the start and reviewed quarterly. If your spend doubles next month, my fee is the same.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. You pay Amazon and Walmart directly. My fee is the fee.

Is there a lock-in?

Managed advertising is month-to-month with fifteen days' notice either side. Advisory is quarterly with thirty days' notice.

Do you handle listings and creative?

No — and I'd tell you the same on a call. I do advertising. I'm happy to point you at people who do the rest well.

How many accounts do you take?

A few at a time. Everything is done by me, so capacity is real and I'll say when it's full.
